These terms of service outline the rules and regulations for the use of this Website.

By accessing this website we assume you accept these terms of service in full. Do not continue to use this website if you do not accept all of the terms of service stated on this page.

Refund Policy:

Your purchase of courses or sessions indicates your commitment to participate in the process and follow through to its conclusion. However, I also understand that unexpected events can happen. In addition to the general guidelines outlined below, refunds and cancellations will be considered on an individual basis, at the discretion of May Rosenlund. I ask the Client to be committed and faithful, and I commit to offering grace when needed.

In general these guidelines apply for course session refunds and cancellations:

The Client may cancel an order within 24 hours of purchasing and request a refund. The refund will be issued, minus any non-refundable fees charged to May Rosenlund by Paypal or other merchant services. To cancel an order, send your request to may@mayrosenlund.com.

The following applies for requesting a refund after a course has begun. Client must email may@mayrosenlund.com to request a refund:

For Group Sessions: May Rosenlund will schedule the online course Group Sessions in advance to allow for the Client to schedule and commit to those sessions. Any sessions that the Client attends will be considered services rendered and products received. Therefore, no refunds can be given for any attended sessions. However, if the Client wishes to request a refund on any remaining sessions, May Rosenlund may consider a refund according to the following: The total price of the course will be divided by the number of sessions in the course and then prorated for a refund amount. If the refund is approved, the Client may then be refunded based on the individual cost of any unattended sessions only. The Client may also choose wait until the next Group Session course begins and resume the Course at that time instead of obtaining a refund, if the Client so wishes to do so. 

For Private Sessions: Once May Rosenlund has scheduled private sessions with the Client, they are considered set appointments. However, if necessary, the Client may request to reschedule a session, if they give at least 24 hours advance notice.
Any missed sessions or cancelled sessions with less than 24 hours advance notice will be forfeited.
If unexpected circumstances prevent the Client from completing all of their scheduled sessions, then the Client may request a refund for the amount pertaining to the remaining sessions. If approved, the refund will be issued, minus any fees as noted above.

Please include your name, payment invoice information, and the number of unattended courses in your request.  

Tarot Disclaimer
Tarot reading is subject to interpretation and should not be taken as absolute. A tarot reading is never 100% accurate. All tarot readings given are for entertainment purposes only, and no guarantee can be given as to the accuracy of a reading. A tarot reading does not replace professional medical/legal/business opinion and advice. It will not force you to follow a particular course of action, or attempt to exert any form of control over your free-will and common sense. The contents of a tarot reading are not legally binding. The following terminology applies to these Terms of Service, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and any or all Agreements: “Client”, “You” and “Your” refers to you, the person accessing this website and accepting the Company’s terms of service. “The Company”, “Ourselves”, “We”, “Our”, “Us”, “I”, and “me” refers to the Josie Barrett, May Rosenlund and the business/company. “Party”, “Parties”, or “Us”, refers to both the Client and ourselves, or either the Client or ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner, whether by formal meetings of a fixed duration, or any other means, for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of provision of the Company’s stated services/products, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law of . Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.
